I have been working on a food series for CBC Radio’s Information Morning called “Assis Toi” for the past few months.

Can you tell what I listen to most?

The idea is simple: what do people eat in their homes and why?

So far I’ve spoken with a newfoundlander about his love of salt cod, a pastie-loving cornishman and food blogger about cooking with different cuts of beef.
